A Super Admin or user with App Marketplace permissions must activate it in ChatGPT.
In ChatGPT (web only):
Go to Tools → Run Deep Research or Chat with connectors
Select HubSpot under Sources → Connect
Log in to HubSpot and authorize
HubSpot will then appear as a verified source
Now, users can just type natural-language prompts in ChatGPT, and including “HubSpot” automatically triggers the CRM context.
